Wattleads ("we", "us") provides missed-call recovery and survey booking services for UK electrical contractors. We are the data controller for information collected through this website, and act as a data processor when handling enquiry data on behalf of our electrician clients.

2. What we collect

Website visitors: basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) where analytics are used.
Prospective clients: name, business name, contact details and information you share when booking a call.
Homeowner enquiries (on behalf of clients): name, phone number, postcode, and job details submitted when responding to a text-back.

3. Why we process it

To respond to missed calls and capture enquiries for our clients (legitimate interests / performance of a contract).
To arrange and confirm survey appointments and send reminders.
To operate, secure and improve this website.
To communicate with prospective and existing clients.

We do not sell personal data. Homeowner enquiries are shared only with the single electrician client the enquiry relates to.

4. Text messages

Text-backs are sent in direct response to a call the homeowner placed to our client. Recipients can opt out of further messages at any time by replying STOP, and we honour opt-outs promptly.

5. How long we keep data

6. Sharing and processors
